Couples Therapy

Welcome to my therapy practice. I am Dr. Rebekah Montgomery, a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. If you and your partner are experiencing conflicts or challenges in your relationship, couples therapy may be able to help.

In couples therapy, you and your partner will have a safe and confidential space to explore the underlying issues that may be impacting your relationship. My approach is tailored to each couple’s unique needs and goals, and is based on evidence-based practices.

During our sessions, we will work collaboratively to improve communication, build trust, and develop problem-solving skills. By addressing the challenges in your relationship and developing new strategies for coping with them, we can work towards building a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling partnership.
